1) Great idea; will add soon.
2) Actually the kits are based on Bootstrap 1.4 but most of the CSS has changed since. I still use the JavaScript plugins though, and put a great deal of effort into making the code clean and flexible. Also, if you buy one I'd be happy to work on additional UI components that you might need.
